Booking and Payment

To reserve your spot on the retreat, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount and payment deadlines will be specified in the booking information.

Full payment is due upon arrival to the retreat centre. Failure to make the final payment by this date may result in the forfeiture of your reservation.

The remaining balance is due upon arrival at the retreat location. In case of cancellation after arrival to the retreat location, 30% of the total cost will be refunded.

In the event that we, Yoga with Naveen, are required to cancel the event due to an insufficient number of participants or any other reason, a full refund of all fees paid by participants will be issued.

Retreat Modifications

Yoga with Naveen reserves the right to make changes to the retreat itinerary, including accommodations, activities, and instructors, as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants as soon as possible.

Health and Medical Considerations

Participants must inform Yoga with Naveen of any medical conditions, allergies, or dietary restrictions when registering. It is the participant's responsibility to ensure they are physically and mentally fit for the retreat activities.

Yoga with Naveen is not responsible for any medical or health-related issues that may arise during the retreat.

Travel Arrangements

Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements to and from the retreat location unless otherwise specified. Yoga with Naveen is not responsible for any travel-related issues, delays, or expenses.

Liability Waver

Upon arrival, participants will be required to sign a separate waiver and release of liability, acknowledging the inherent risks associated with physical activities during the retreat.

Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a respectful and inclusive environment. Yoga with Naveen reserves the right to remove any participant who disrupts the retreat or violates the code of conduct, without refund.

Photography and Media

Yoga with Naveen may capture photographs or videos during the retreat for promotional purposes. Participants grant permission for their likeness to be used in such materials.

Privacy Policy

Yoga with Naveen will collect and use personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania.
