From April 25th to 27th, experience the transformative power of classical Hatha yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa, pranayama, and meditation, all led by Naveen, a skilled instructor from India, whose deep knowledge of traditional practices will guide you through each session. Surrender to the healing vibrations of sound therapy by Asta and deepen your understanding of yoga’s role in longevity with an insightful talk by Vilte. For those seeking additional relaxation, a professionally led sauna experience is available.
Throughout the retreat, enjoy home-cooked wholesome meals prepared by Aurelijus, who grows his own organic food, ensuring that every meal is nourishing, fresh, and infused with love.
Nourish your body, restore your energy through mindful practice, and connect with a like-minded community. Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, this retreat is an opportunity to reset, recharge, and realign with your inner self.
What's Included in the Yoga Retreat
The Yoga Retreat includes all daily activities, vegetarian meals, and accommodation (shared and single). With daily yoga asana, pranayama and meditation practice, you will embark on a deep exploration of your body, mind, and spirit.
Accommodation
We have reserved Druskininkėlių Sodyba, a charming and tranquil oasis nestled within a meticulously maintained 25-hectare estate, just 16 km from the picturesque town of Druskininkai. This peaceful setting harmonises perfectly with nature, providing a peaceful backdrop for your retreat.
Your stay includes comfortable rooms (private, double, and quadruple), with private bathrooms, internet connection, and fresh towels. These amenities are designed to enhance your retreat experience and promote overall well-being. To see the retreat site, click here.
Healthy Food
Everyday attendees will be provided with home cooked vegetarian meals, along with morning and evening tea and beverages.

Yoga Retreat Schedule
Friday, April 25th:
- 16:00 to 17:00: Arrival and check-in
- 17:30 to 18:00: Welcoming ceremony
- 18:00 to 19:30: Classical hatha yoga and meditation
- 20:00 to 21:00: Dinner
Saturday, April 26th:
- 8:00 to 10:00: Classical hatha yoga and pranayama
- 10:15 to 11:15: Breakfast
- 12:00 to 13:30: Talk on the role of yoga in healthy aging by Vilte
- 13:30 to 14:30: Lunch
- 16:30 to 18:00: Ashtanga vinyasa (primary series)
- 18:00 to 20:00: Sound healing by Asta
- 20:00 to 21:00: Dinner
Sunday, April 27th:
- 8:00 to 09:45: Ashtanga vinyasa (primary series)
- 10:00 to 10:30: Breakfast
- 11:00 to 14:00: Professionally led sauna (optional, extra cost)*
- 14:00 to 15:00: Lunch
- 15:30 to 16:00: Closing ceremony
- 16:00 to 17:00: Tea and check out
* For those who prefer not to join the sauna, an alternative free activity will be available during this time.

Reservation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of €100 (deducted from the total price) must be paid to reserve your place. The remaining fee will be paid upon arrival to the retreat location by cash or bank transfer. For more information please refer to Terms & Conditions upon your reservation.
